The Board of Directors at CS Labels has appointed Adam James as a director of the company. James has been promoted from production director to operations director and will join the Board. He has over 18 years experience in the labeling industry and was recruited to CS Labels nine years ago as production manager.

James has held various roles in the labeling industry within distribution and warehousing, production scheduling and prepress.

Simon Smith, CS Labels managing director, says, “Adam has been instrumental in the delivery of our strategic plan over the past nine years, and I have relied on him enormously. His natural ability in research and development brings my ideas truly to life, and his impact on the business has been noted by the Board; hence why we have chosen to ask him to join us. They were particularly impressed with the work he has contributed to the development of digital flexible packaging, and the labeling innovation that has led to CS Labels winning many awards over the years. His talent, expertise and commitment are highly valued and I’m looking forward to him getting involved in a more day-to-day operations role at CS Labels, in addition to high-level strategic projects as we continue to push on with our growth plan. However in order for us to continue to excel, we felt that we needed to expand the gene pool a little wider in today’s competitive and rapidly changing industry.
